Welcome to my online portfolio! I am a Themed Entertainment Designer with a passion for bringing ideas to life. Here you will find some of my favorite projects and collaborations. (Although a lot of the more recent stuff for bigger companies cannot be shared at this time.)  Utilizing traditional illustration techniques, I excel at taking a tidbit of a project scope and flushing out the physical spaces showing how humans would exist in them.  Not just creating pretty pictures and with my background including business I also enjoy concepting what types of merchandise would be sold there and how the client can increase ROI's often generating points of interest that the team hasn't considered. While flushing out the ideas and imagery I often create examples of graphic packages that will be used in the final attraction, color concepts evoking emotions, and have even taken the idea to onsite production, build and art direction. I'm not afraid of a hammer... I've even spent a week onsite with a master concrete carver to have a better understanding of the entire process, the costs, and limitations of that incredible trade.

      I have a Bachelor's of Fine Arts degree in Illustration from Ringling College of Art and Design '03. I am a Dad to 3 beautiful girls, Makayla, Lily and Jenna. While my favorite photo above shows them very little, we are much older now.  They are all college aged and I am very proud of them.
